CDA Grants Owners of Cancelled Properties Personal Hearing Right
Islamabad: The owners of cancelled properties received a personal hearing for the first time. More than 100 affected individuals, per the specifics, complained to Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Captain Noor ul Amin Mengal about their issues.
The legal division of CDA was also present for the in-person meeting to support the chairman CDA. The chairman of the Capital Development Authority, expressed his displeasure over the failure to resolve the problem of Park Enclave Phase III allottees.
The Estate Wing was given orders by Chairman CDA, who stated that Park Enclave Phase-III allotments should be resolved in accordance with the law within a month.
The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority further stated that the allocations problem should be resolved in accordance with the regulations and laws on this occasion. He added that CDA should serve as a facilitator to promote commerce and economic activity.
Further remarks from Chairman CDA included the requirement that all rules and regulations be followed in order to ensure that construction plans for commercial buildings are approved within a month, and that the chairman’s office will oversee the approval process for maps.
Captain Noor ul Amin Mengal, the chairman of the Capital Development Authority, added that the auction set for next month should include the business plots in Sectors I-14, I-15, and I-16 in order to encourage economic activity.
The owners of homes that were cancelled will be heard in the first week of every month, according to Chairman CDA.
