CDA Set to Auction Commercial Plots in Federal Capital to Generate Revenue
Islamabad: Beginning on May 3, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an auction of commercial plots in several of the federal capital’s developed neighbourhoods in an effort to generate money for the city and draw in investors.
The development is anticipated to have a sizable effect on the capital city’s business real estate market. An official in the authority stated that the authority had already made the schedule for the sale of various plots in various newspapers public and that the auction would continue in various sectors of the Islamabad capital territory until May 5.
The representative claimed that both domestic and international investors must take advantage of this investment chance, which has been declared by real estate experts. Commercial plots with “legal protection” can be owned by investors in the public auction.
Various centres, agro farms, gas stations, the E-11 northern strip, a Class-III shopping centre, Park Enclave commercial, and the Blue Area E-11/F-11, Canopy side were among the specifics about the commercial plots situated in the developed areas of the federal capital, he continued.
According to the official, anyone who makes a complete payment within 30 days of receiving the letter confirming their bid will receive a 10 percent discount on the balance.
